Count Basie Orchestraで太鼓を叩いていたGregg Fieldがリーダーのバンド。つーか、収録曲がSammy Nesticoの"Big Band Favorites of Sammy Nestico"とかぶってます（1曲目と5曲目と7曲目と8曲目）。
そんなわけで若干損した気分になりますけど、ちょっと変わった構成のHeat's Onが聞けます。といっても、「テーマ→Tsソロ→Tpソリ→テュッティ」のTpソリがTpソロに変わっただけですけども。
演奏的には、なんかふつー。
