Graham Collierというイギリスの作曲家（元々ベーシストでプレイヤーとしては引退しているそうです）がリーダーのアルバム。

CD2枚に組曲が4曲入っていて、お得なのかそうでないのか判断が難しい所。
一般的なビッグバンドの魅力というものは皆無に近いものがありますが、とにかく曲に漂う緊張感が凄まじい。なんか通な人が好みそうな作風です。
